We at PLC are pleased to announce that we have just been appointed by Dover Town Council to produce a Football Development Plan for their Western Heights Playing Fields. This plan will guide the redevelopment of the Western Heights site which has been out of use for a number of years.
The plan will undepin a funding bid to the Football Foundation for support in the construction of a new changing pavilion at the site.
This project follows a very similar one for neighbouring Hythe Town Council whose new pavilion was officially opened in August 2010.
